CONTEST RULES:
For a chance to win a Cozy Classics prize package (the “Prize Package”), including a 16″ x 20″ Cozy Classics print, you must submit your entry by email by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time on Monday, December 31, 2012. You may not receive an acknowledgment of the receipt of your email entry. If there is more than one correct answer, Cozy Classics will randomly select the name of one (1) eligible winner on or about Tuesday, January 1, 2013. The winner will be notified via email. If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements below, the Prize Package will be delivered to the name and address provided.
ELIGIBILITY:
Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Contest entrants may reside anywhere in the world; however, Cozy Classics will review the legal eligibility of any person whose name is drawn to receive the Prize Package prior to announcing him or her as the winner.
PRIVACY:
Your email and personal information will not be used by Cozy Classics for any purpose other than this contest. You will not receive unsolicited mail or emails, and only the name and place of residence (no address details) of the winner will be publicly disclosed.
WINNERS/PRIZE:
Approximate retail value of the Prize Package in no event shall more than one hundred (100) U.S. Dollars. All prizes are non-transferable. Aside from the 16″ x 20″ Cozy Classics print, all other items included in the Prize Package will be determined by Cozy Classics at its sole discretion. All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state, provincial, and/or local taxes, are the winner’s sole responsibility.
DISCLAIMER/CONSENT:
All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Cozy Classics. Except where prohibited by law, by entering this contest, each entrant consents to the use of his or her name and place of residence in a blog posting at www.mycozyclassics.com/news announcing the contest winner.
LIMITATION ON LIABILITY:
The winner, by acceptance of any Prize Package, agrees to release Cozy Classics from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any items contained in the Prize Package. Cozy Classics is not responsible for technical, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Cozy Classics, the contest entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this contest or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this contest and which may limit a entrant’s ability to participate in this contest.
Cozy Classics can modify these official rules in any way or at any time, as long as it gives reasonable notice.
The contest shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the province of British Columbia. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules.
